Sakura has extensive real estate experience including buying/selling and development. She has good relationships with lenders, local architects, general contractors, inspectors, real estate lawyers, and asset managers, etc. She can provide you with a one-stop hassle-free home buying/selling experience!

Sakura grew up in Beijing, China, and graduated from Peking University with a bachelor's degree in finance. She then went to the University of Michigan to further her education in Finance and received a master's degree in finance.

She worked in investment banking/merger & acquisition for 7 years and then co-founded a cross-border investment platform called Meixin Finance in New York. She has extensive expertise in real estate due diligence, market research, analysis and negotiation. She is also a developer in the Bay Area, focusing on residential and small commercial development projects.

She is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charter-holder.

Sakura从小在北京长大,于北京大学经济学院本科毕业,密歇根大学金融系研究生毕业。在从事地产行业前,在纽约从事投行业务,参与超过50亿美金的兼并收购案例。2014年共同创立了美信金融,美信致力于降低非标投资产品的起头金额。 Sakura在公司担任COO,并主要负责地产项目的尽职调查、筛选及项目基金的建立。Sakura也曾担任鸿坤集团三番负责人,鸿坤已连续多年位列中国地产百强、房地产开发企业创新能力10强和区域运营10强。同时,Sakura也涉足房产开发,用在湾区有多处房产开发项目。
