Sakura has extensive real estate experience including buying/selling and development. Sakura grew up in Beijing, China, and graduated from Peking University with a bachelor's degree in finance. She then went to the University of Michigan to further her education in Finance and received a master's degree in finance.
She worked in investment banking/merger & acquisition for 7 years and then co-founded a cross-border investment platform called Meixin Finance in New York. She has extensive expertise in real estate due diligence, market research, analysis and negotiation. She is also a developer in the Bay Area, focusing on residential and small commercial development projects.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charter-holder.
